Shipping & Delivery
Q: Where do you ship your products?
A: We currently only ship within the EU and the United States. Orders to other regions are not available at this time.
Q: How long does it take to process my order?
A: All items are made to order. Production usually takes 2–5 business days.
Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Once production is complete, shipping typically takes 4–9 business days within the EU and 3–7 business days within the United States, depending on the destination and postal service.
Note: The total delivery time includes the production time (2–5 business days) + the shipping time (EU: 4–9 business days, US: 3–7 business days). Please make sure to consider both of these times together when placing your order.
Q: Will I receive a tracking number?
A: Yes. After your order is shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to become active.
Q: Do you ship to the United Kingdom?
A: Currently, we do not ship to the United Kingdom due to customs regulations and import complexities.
Q: Can I change the shipping address after placing the order?
A: If your order hasn't entered production yet, you may be able to update the address. Please contact us as soon as possible via the
Contact Page.
Q: What happens if I enter the wrong address or miss the delivery?
A: If a package is returned due to an invalid or incomplete address, or because it wasn’t picked up from the courier/post office, reshipping costs will apply.
Q: What if my package never arrives?
A: If your package does not arrive, please contact us no later than 20 days after the estimated delivery date. If the carrier confirms it is lost, we will send a replacement product or issue a full refund at no additional cost. For details, please see our

Q: What if I’m not satisfied with my order?
A: Your satisfaction is important to us. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund. Please see our

Q: What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
A: If you receive a damaged, misprinted, or incorrect product, please contact us within 10 days of delivery. Once your claim is approved, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund. See our

Q: Can items in the same order arrive separately?
A: Yes. If you ordered multiple items, they may be produced and shipped separately. You will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment.
Q: Are there any customs duties or import taxes?
A: Orders within the EU and the United States are not subject to customs duties. Additional charges may apply for other locations.
