Made-to-Order Products

All products available through our website are custom-made specifically for you once your order is confirmed. This production-on-demand approach allows us to offer unique, personalized products.

Because of this, orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

Fulfillment & Delivery

We work with third-party partners to produce and ship your orders.
Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only and not guaranteed. Actual production and delivery timelines may vary due to stock availability, production volume, shipping destination, customs delays, or other factors beyond our control.

Ownership of the product transfers to you once the order is handed to the shipping carrier.

Payments

By placing an order, you agree to pay the total price including product cost and shipping. You confirm that the payment method used is valid and authorized. All payments must be made in full before production begins.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns are only accepted in the case of:

Manufacturing errors
Printing defects
Wrong or damaged items

Consumers in the EU usually have the right to cancel and return orders within 14 days without giving a reason.
However, under Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU, this right does not apply to goods made to order or clearly personalized — such as our products.
