Shipping Regions
We currently ship within the European Union (EU) and the United States.
We do not offer shipping to the United Kingdom due to customs regulations and import complexities. Orders are fulfilled and shipped from our production facilities in the EU or the United States, depending on availability.
Shipping Method
All orders are fulfilled using Standard Tracked Shipping, in cooperation with trusted production and logistics partners.
Please note: If your order contains multiple items (e.g. a set or different products), they may be shipped separately from different production locations. This may result in partial deliveries or slight delays in receiving the complete order.
- Production time: 2–5 business days

Shipping time:
• European Union: 4–9 business days
• United States: 3–7 business days - Carrier: Tracked postal or courier service, depending on availability
Note: The total delivery time includes the production time (2–5 business days) + the shipping time (EU: 4–9 business days, US: 3–7 business days). Please make sure to consider both of these times together when placing your order.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout, based on destination, quantity, and product type.
Order Tracking
After your order is fulfilled, a tracking link will be sent to your email. Please note that tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to activate.
If your order contains multiple items, you will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment.
Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, reshipping fees will apply. Shipping fees are non-refundable in such cases.
Note: We currently only ship within the EU and the United States. Orders to other regions are not available at this time.
Shipping Delays
We are not liable for delays caused by customs, couriers, or peak-season disruptions.
Lost Packages
In the event of a lost or missing shipment, please contact us as soon as possible, and no later than 20 days after the estimated delivery date, so we can initiate an internal investigation with our logistics partners.
If the shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer you a replacement product or a full refund at no additional cost.
