Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: Because all our products are made-to-order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Personal preference (color, style, fit)

Please review all size guides and product details before placing your order.


Q: What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
A: If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us via the Contact Page within 10 days of receiving the product. If your claim is approved, we will send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.


Q: Can I return an item if I don’t like it?
A: No. Since each product is custom-made, we are unable to accept returns due to personal preference.


Q: Can I exchange an item for a different size?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot offer size exchanges. Please be sure to check the sizing chart before placing your order.


Q: How long do I have to report a problem?
A: You must notify us within 10 days of delivery. Claims submitted more than 20 days after delivery will not be accepted.


Q: What happens to returned packages?
A: If a package is returned due to an incomplete address or because it was unclaimed, it may be donated or discarded after 20 days unless reshipping is arranged. Reshipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
